in Snowdonia 
 

Torrent Walk Bunkhouse is a Snowdonia mecca for mountain bikers and walkers with trails for both all around.

The Torrent Walk is only 500 meters from the site and the nearby famous mountain bike centers Coed-y-Brenin and Dyfi Bike Park are only few miles away from us . And, for the truly hardy, the mountain Cadair Idris and its three trails can be tackled nearby.

With Zip World and Bounce below just a 35 minute drive away and beaches and lakes for water sports nearby, there is plenty to keep you busy.

All bedrooms are heated and all bedding is provided. Please bring towels. 

Bunkhouse contains 6 bedrooms (private use only , no sharing with strangers) and each bedroom can sleep up to 6 people.

Back at base, Torrent Walk Bunkhouse is surrounded on all sides by woodland and farmland, with views looking towards the mountains. The campsite and bunkhouse shares it's facilities: toilet and shower block, disabled facilities, washing machines and driers, fridges, freezers, mobile charging facilities and use of microwaves are all available and free of charge. There’s also a power wash for bikes and equipment, and the Torrent Walk team can store your bike for you if needed.

For stocking up, the garage just up the road sells essentials, a shop and café are within a five-minute walk, and a small supermarket and a wide range of shops are in the town of Dolgellau a mile and a half away.

Cooking your own dinner? The bunkhouse has a kitchen, a BBQ and there is also a Campfire,  but make sure to buy your logs at reception. You can hire all cooking equipment from site reception.
